Hits vitality of aqueous extracts of Borago officinalis Linn in the reduction of renal toxicity developed by hyhrogen peroxide in female rabbits

This study is conducted to determine the protective effect of aqueous extracts Borago officinalis Linn and its impact as histological antioxidant on some parameters functions kidny in female albino rabbits exposed oxidative stress-induced by 5%H2O2. The included 20 at age (4-5 months) they are divided into 4 groups (5animals/ group). These were: control group, borage extract,H2O2 H2O2 group + extract. measures physiological biochemical (like count (RBCs), concentration urea creatinine). At end experiment, animals killing a manner slaughter, eradicated saved 10% formalin, then microscopic slides it prepared for study.this results showed increased significantly number red blood corpus while extract H2O2with did not appear significant differences when compared with control. appers extacrt difference whith group.this creatinine result decrease group.
